Our integration with RapidSOS is now live in your system!
Greetings! We have new information coming to your department's IamResponding system: On incidents that you are dispatched for, in addition to the information currently provided by your dispatch center, your IamResponding maps will now be able to display the real-time location of the 911 caller if they called from a mobile device. Access to real-time caller location data can reduce the amount of time it takes to locate people in need and improve outcomes. This is particularly helpful on calls where accurate address information is often lacking, such as incidents in apartment complexes, on roadways, at large educational, athletic, and commercial complexes, in parks and woods, and on waterways.

This information is provided through an integration with RapidSOS, and involves no extra cost to you. RapidSOS has created the world’s first intelligent safety platform that securely links life-saving data from over 500 million connected devices, apps, and sensors directly to safety agents, 911, and first responders.
Please share this information with your members, as it is only being sent to our primary contacts, members labeled in your system as Chiefs, and members with master credentials.
This integration is being rolled out gradually, so other departments may not have access to this feature at the same time as your department.
